RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND DAMAGES
If you wish to return your item we will provide you with a store credit for the cost of the item excluding freight charges. Returns will only be accepted in the original packaging with no signs of use and with all original labels attached.
Returns are to be paid for by the customer.
We do not accept returns of bath / body product, candles or home fragrance items unless faulty / damaged.
If you receive a faulty item we have a strict 24 hour grace period for you to advise us. We will arrange for a collection of the item and a full refund / store credit. Damages reported outside of the 24 hour period will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange your item please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange this.
Any exchange request after the 7 day period will not be accepted.
Important notice: Shipping of larger or bulky items can vary on location. We reserve the right to contact you if the freight charged at checkout is not substantial enough as freight is charged by weight and not delivery destination. This mainly applies to rural customers
On the odd occasion that an item ordered is not in stock or discontinued our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to advise you. A full refund will be provided inclusive of any freight charged.
