Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and can arrive anywhere from 2-7 business days. Larger bulky items can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and notification of shipment. This excludes items that are on pre-order or ‘made to order’ status.
Important notice: Shipping of larger or bulky items can vary on location. We reserve the right to contact you if the freight charged at checkout is not substantial enough as freight is charged by weight and not delivery destination. This mainly applies to rural customers
Fulfillment
It is our aim to attend to your online order as soon as possible. We keep our website as up to date and accurate as possible, however as we are also a retail shopfront, on the rare occasion products may be purchased in store and online at the same time. Should this situation occur we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you that your requested product is no longer available and offer to order in the product for you if possible, alternatively we will provide a full refund inclusive of freight and GST.
